A small, cozy house at the foot of the Zinken mountain, offering a delightful sense of "home" and "arrival." Dear guests,
We wish to enjoy the upcoming summer together with you in a carefree and safe manner. Therefore, we strictly adhere to the guidelines from our authorities by maintaining distance and ensuring that we, as your hosts, undergo testing twice a week, and are already vaccinated to be available for any questions you may have. 

While the current developments in Austria give us confidence, last year taught us that situations can change unexpectedly. For this reason, we have made our cancellation policy even more flexible. For all new and existing bookings, a free cancellation is accepted up to 21 days before arrival. In case of border closures or travel bans to the Ausseerland-Salzkammergut region, or a travel warning due to Covid-19 from the Ministry for Bad Aussee, all previously mentioned cancellation conditions will be void, allowing you to cancel free of charge without hassle.
